Tampa, Florida – Originally presented in collaboration with Health Plan Alliance, this session explores ways a health plan can integrate the management of behavioral and physical health under two care management models: Full Accountability when a health plan has full risk, and Carve Out where all or some behavioral health management responsibility and risk is with another entity. In both cases, Dr. Sam Toney discusses what can be done to manage behavioral and physical health care as collaboratively as possible to improve the quality of care and reduce costs.
