Richard Dixon is a trusted healthcare sales executive with over 20 years of experience in working with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, SNP and MLTSS organizations. He has been able to successfully build strong and lasting relationships with health plan senior leadership, medical management and clinical operations teams in providing represented programs and services. Richard has extensive knowledge and experience in working with utilization management, case management, population health and digital delivery programs.

Prior to joining Toney HealthCare Consulting as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Richard held senior sales positions for many healthcare management organizations, including McKesson, Access Health, Alere, Health Integrated and ExlService Holdings where he brought to customers solutions valued in the tens of millions in revenue annually.
